WHEN TO ARRIVE:
We start the workshop with a welcome dinner at our house at 7PM on the 28TH of April. We can check in at our house at 4PM
WHEN TO DEPART:
Check out time is at 11AM on the 3RD of May.
Students are expected to bring a small portfolio (max 10 images) of their work (digital) to the class.
Jonathan has received The Raising Star Award from the Palm Beach Photographic Center, and is listed as one of the top 60 most collectable artist in Maine.
Additionally, he gets a kick out of eating and cooking good food, travel, adventure, design, films, art, music, looking, making, assembling, learning, and generally anything positive.
HOUSING - Úlfjótsskáli luxury lodge
Our class will be staying at Úlfjótsskáli luxury lodge, one of the most pristine accommodations Iceland has to offer. We have room for 10 participants, divided among 4 single rooms and 3 double rooms. The house has 6 bathrooms, an indoor fireplace, an outdoor fire-pit, a gym, a game room, a sauna and outdoor hot-tub with heated water 24/7. The house also has a kitchen with all facilities you would need. We have a chef on our workshops who will serve breakfast and lunch to the participants. Students will be served a healthy breakfast Monday-Friday, plus homemade lunch Monday - Thursday. Students can help themselves to coffee/ tea and fruit throughout their stay. Participants can use our kitchen in the afternoon to make dinner and supper.
Úlfjótsskáli luxury lodge is located in the Golden Circle and close to the major attractions in South Iceland such as Geysir, Gullfoss and Thingvellir National Park.
In shared double room: NOK 19 900,- / 2450 dollars (may vary depending on the NOK exchange rate)
In single room: NOK 24 900,- / 3070 dollars (may vary depending on the NOK exchange rate)
Shortly after registration for your workshop you will receive an invoice via e-mail for the deposit (to be paid within two weeks). You will also receive an invoice for the rest of the tuition at the same time as the deposit. This invoice is to be paid no later then 60 days before the workshop starts. All fees are to be paid in Norwegian Kroner.

* Dinner Monday - Thursday - students will be free to use the kitchen at our house to make dinner.
For workshops to run we need a minimum of six participants, unless otherwise noted in the workshop description. If we for some reason are not able to reach our minimum number, the workshop will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
NORDphotography is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline / train tickets in the event of a program cancellation. Our line of liability is to return all monies paid to the workshops. Please check on your workshop status before making travel arrangements. There will be a maximum of 10 students in each workshop, unless otherwise noted in the workshop description.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY:
Enrollment is limited in our workshops, so once you have registered for a class – we are counting on you to attend. The registration is binding. We do however understand that sometimes plans fall trough and offer the following cancellation policies:
Withdraw more than 60 days before the start of class and we will refund all monies paid, minus an administration fee of NOK 1500,-. Withdraw 60 days or less before the start of class and we will charge you with the full workshop tuition.
NORDphotography is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
It is the nature of our business that occasionally a listed instructor cannot participate because of unexpected events. If we are forced to replace an instructor we will do so with someone with equal or similar credentials. When time permits we will inform everyone who has registered.
